The curfew in Andalusia will remain in force until the end of the state of alarm on May 9, according to the latest revision of the measures against the coronavirus in the Andalusian community. Thus, the time limitation on mobility between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. is still in force among the measures decreed by the Junta de Andalucia.
Andalucia also maintains the application time slot and it continues like this, for now, until May 9, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., by virtue of the new measures for Andalusia, to try to keep the contagions caused by the virus at bay. coronavirus.

Curfew hours in Andalusia
One of the most outstanding measures of the new restrictions in Andalucia in relation to what is known as a curfew, is its maintenance until May 9 . With it, the Andalusian population cannot leave their homes, except for authorized actions, between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
After the meeting of the Andalusian committee of experts, this is the current situation of the curfew in Andalusia :

Curfew in Seville

The inhabitants of the capital will have to be at home from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. until May 9 .
In addition, the municipalities of the province that declare themselves at alert level 4 in grade 2, the rest of the activities considered as non-essential (commerce and hospitality) must close. Capacity limitations are also maintained for celebrations and events. In the rest of the municipalities, the activity can be extended until 10:30 p.m.

Curfew in Granada

Granada, one of the provinces that leads the number of infections in Andalusia in recent weeks, has its curfew established from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., the same as in the rest of the Andalusian provinces.
All activities may close at 10:30 p.m. , including shops and all those businesses in the municipalities declared below alert level 4 in grade 2.
On April 29, the update of the curfew in Granada comes into force, which extends from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. and will remain so until May 9, 2021.

Curfew in Cordoba

The curfew in Cordoba extends from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. until May 9.
In Cordoba, businesses and activities must close at 10:30 p.m. Until May 9, the inhabitants of Cordoba will have to comply with these regulations.

Curfew in Jaen

The restrictions in Jaen and all its locations until May 9 are the same as for the rest of the Andalusian provinces. The curfew is set almost to the maximum as approved by the Government’s state of alarm: from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. until May 9.
All municipalities can open hotels and shops until 10:30 p.m., half an hour before curfew, except for those that are decreed at level 4 of alarm in grade 2, which must remain closed all day.

Curfew in Malaga

The curfew is established as approved by the Government’s state of alarm: from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. until May 9 . The closure of businesses and vital economic activity must stop at 22:30.
Mobility must be paralyzed in the province from 23:00 to 06:00.In the period of time from April 29 to May 9, 2021, people will only be able to walk the streets to carry out actions considered essential.

Curfew in Almeria
The Almeria province will have to comply with the measures and restrictions of the Junta de Andalucia until May 9. Almeria will have to comply with the curfew from 23:00 to 06:00.
No town in the province can have activities open beyond 10:30 p.m.

Curfew in Huelva

Huelva is one of the provinces with the lowest incidence of coronavirus. Even so, Huelva residents will be restricted by the curfew decreed by the Government in the Official State Gazette: from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Until May 9, the curfew in the province of Huelva will be from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Shops and cafeterias will be able to remain open until 10:30 p.m., thanks to the fact that almost all the municipalities in the province are below level 4 grade 2 of the health alert.

Curfew in Cadiz

Cadiz does not avoid the restrictions of the Junta de Andalucia in relation to hospitality and mobility. The curfew affects you like the rest of the provinces from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. until May 9.

Curfew hours by autonomous communities

The different governments of the autonomous communities have the power to expand or reduce the measures against the coronavirus, including what refers to the curfew.
In Andalusia, the committee of experts has suggested keepingthe curfew in the community, at least for two more weeks .
To date, the curfew hours in the communities are:

11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.: Andalusia, until May 9, Aragon, Asturias, Balearic Islands, Castilla-La Mancha, Ceuta, Galicia, La Rioja, Murcia , Navarre and the Basque Country.

10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.: Castilla y Leon, Catalonia and Melilla.

00:00 to 06:00: Cantabria, Valencian Community, Extremadura and Madrid.

What can be done during curfew hours

The BOE states that “During the period between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. maximum, people may only circulate on the roads or spaces for public use to carry out the following activities :
Acquisition of medicines, health products and other essential goods.
Assistance to health centres, services and establishments.
Assistance to veterinary care centers for urgent reasons.
Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations. Return to the place of habitual residence after carrying out some of the activities foreseen in this section.
Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
Due to force majeure or situation of necessity.
Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.
Refueling at gas stations or service stations, when it is necessary to carry out the activities provided for in the previous paragraphs”.
The royal decree adds in regard to the entry and exit of the communities that “the entry and exit of people from the territory of each autonomous community and each city with
a Statute of autonomy, except for those trips, duly justified, that occur for any of the following reasons:
Attendance at health centres, services and establishments.
Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.
Assistance to university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.
Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
Displacement to financial and insurance entities or refueling stations in neighboring territories.
Required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies. Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.
Realization of exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.
Due to force majeure or situation of necessity.
Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited”.

Measures established in Andalusia

These are the measures that are applied in the municipalities of Andalusia and that must already be included in the BOJA.
Perimeter closure of Andalusia. You can only enter or leave with just cause.
Perimeter confinement of all municipalities with a rate of more than 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
The curfew runs from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
In municipalities with a rate of more than 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, all non-essential activities must remain closed.
Meetings are limited to six people in public and private settings, as long as they are outdoors.
The levels are reviewed every week, so the towns and cities at level 3 may move to level 2 the next or vice versa, depending on how the incidence evolves. This is a dynamic measure, as it has been up to now.
The restrictions will come into force throughout Andalusia from April 29 at 0 a.m. and are intended to curb infections and the number of hospitalizations by Covid-19.
The BOJA breaks down the measures that will be in force at the different alert levels. The rules for Andalusia were announced by the president of the Junta de Andalucia, Juanma Moreno, with the time limitation of 10:30 p.m. in all activities, services or establishments except for the following:
Industrial activity.
Commercial retail establishments of food, beverages, products and essential goods.
Health centres, services and establishments.
Professional services and domestic employees.
Social and socio-health services.
Veterinary centers or clinics.
Commercial establishments dedicated to the sale of automotive fuel.
Vehicle technical inspection stations.
Home delivery services.
The soup kitchens and other establishments for the delivery and distribution of food with solidarity or charity.
The wakes.
Sports centers for physical activity that are outdoors, as long as they are not contact sports and sports centers for the practice of federated sports in sports spaces covered in age categories from 16 years to the absolute category.
Public and private universities will continue to teach theoretical classes online, maintaining attendance for experimental, rotating practices, Practicum, or similar activities, including research.
However, non-university teaching activity will be maintained in person, including school canteens, morning classroom and school transport. And face-to-face classes are also maintained in all vocational training centers, conservatories, language schools, academies, permanent adult education centers and other similar centers.
For interprovincial and provincial transport services, a minimum offer of services of 50% is established with respect to the offer of services prior to March 14, 2020, which must be increased progressively according to user demand. In any case, return services per day, sufficiently spaced apart, must be guaranteed.
For metropolitan bus services, a minimum supply of services of 80% is established in peak hour intervals and will be adapted to demand in off-peak hours and holidays. The afternoon interval, that is, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., may be adapted taking into consideration the established closing times, as well as the particular demand of each transport line, with special attention to those lines that serve to health centers and must adapt to the entry and exit shifts of health personnel.
In the regular metropolitan rail transport service, a minimum offer of 70% is established in peak hour intervals and a minimum offer of 50% in off-peak hours and holidays.
