Exercising on a regular basis brings with it numerous benefits and helps to disconnect from the stressful daily life that most of society carries in the 21st century .
Our body is a perfect machine and must always be in motion. One of the most serious current health problems is obesity and more in people of early age. Although excesses are never good, sport will bring with it more advantages than disadvantages and will take us away from the “deadly” sedentary lifestyle that affects millions of people around the world.
Like everything in life, sports need professional advice that tells us what kind of exercises to do, their intensity and duration. This is key since there are many athletes with pathologies or injuries who must avoid a series of movements or activities. Is it good to play sports every day

As we have said, sports will bring more advantages than disadvantages, but if they are people who have never played sports, a sudden excess of activity can cause muscle fatigue or heaviness , injuries or discomfort . general that would end the desire to continue in the sports routine.

The effort is different for each person . Many of them go to the gym as a release from the stress of daily tasks and even not only exercise their muscles but also develop psychological aspects such as self- esteem or mental well-being. Others are more lazy and going to a sports center is one more stressful task that does not provide that feeling of vitality.
Whether you are on one side or the other, many experts advise not to do sports every day . This activity can cause addiction and, therefore, anxiety by not being able to play sports for so many days that not even professional athletes do. on the other hand, the body needs a rest to be able to reach the optimal performance of each body. Although everything will depend, to a greater or lesser extent, on the objectives, the ideal is to practice sports for half an hour a day , basing this on parameters such as physical condition ,age and own interests .
Like everything in life, excesses are not good, although sport is ideal . Amateur athletes should not believe they are professionals and go slowly and with good handwriting . Better that, before stopping at the finish line itself.
