Whuis.com is the first Italian site that allows you to measure online the trustworthiness of a person or company in an innovative, simple and fast way, in order to make online transactions safer. Through a simple search engine and a single query it is possible to view, by crossing patrimonial, financial and cadastral data from 9 different official sources, any negativities such as protests and prejudices and other fundamental information to understand the reliability of the person, both physical and legal.
Launched as a startup in 2018 by real estate and digital sector experts, Whuis.com is currently used in the real estate sector by all major real estate networks, including over 4,000 professionals from Tecnocasa, Tempocasa, Tecnorete, Toscano and Gabetti Group, as well as from the main association of the Fiaip sector. However, the portal is not limited to real estate, as it allows you to identify potential scams from the automotive to the secondary market, from the world of insurance to that of work: the final goal is to guarantee the transparency of the interlocutor and the quality of the relationship, both online and offline. To date, almost a million checks have already been carried out on the platform both in the agency and on the move.
Furthermore, Whuis.com has launched a smartphone application to make real-time database consultation even more accessible. With the app you can search from anywhere and at any time, with an immediate interface that makes essential information available in seconds. In this way, the agent can search on the go, at any time and place, to check for possible sellers, buyers and renters (an alternative way of making news). The user friendly and easy to use interface allows quick consultation even without experience or training, and, unlike a paper report, the data within Whuis.com is updated in real time, communicating online with public databases.
A new feature recently added and finally the possibility of classifying the contacts analyzed according to a ranking of reliability, in order to immediately and easily view the most significant data through immediate comparison, optimizing times and working methods: thanks to the Index of Confronto® it is in fact possible to identify users with the best features to whom to propose a specific product.
Whuis.com is fully compliant with the privacy legislation and the European GDPR regulation. In fact, for its research, the platform relies on public sources that can be queried by any company or private citizen, including Cadastre, Court and Chamber of Commerce: the information, already available for public consultation, is aggregated and made usable in an interface easy to navigate and consult, without jeopardizing the right to privacy of individuals and companies. Whuis.com is also a licensed company pursuant to Art. 134 TULPS with investigative activity license issued by the Prefecture of Pescara.
