Today opens the deadline to consult the electoral census for the Andalusian elections on December 2. The lists will be available until next October 22, and voters residing abroad who wish to vote must request it before November 3.
A total of 6,541,722 people will be able to vote in these elections, of which 6,298,902 reside in Andalusia and 242,820 abroad. Voters residing abroad who wish to vote must request their vote from the Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Census Office corresponding to their registration until November 3.
The Electoral Census Officeis sending these voters with the right to vote the official application form. Applications can be sent online and, for this, it is necessary to have an electronic certificate recognized by the Electronic Headquarters of the INE or use the password sent with the official form.
The form is also available at the consulates and on the websites of the Junta de Andalucia , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the INE .
The electoral census may be consulted from October 15 to 22 in the town halls and in the provincial delegations of the Electoral Census Office, while voters residing abroadThey will be able to check their registration data on these same dates at the consulates.
The voters will be able to present claims to their registration data in the town halls, consulates or in the provincial delegations of the Electoral Census Office , within the same term (from October 15 to 22).
As of November 5 , the Electoral Census Office will send each voter residing in Spain a census card with the polling station and polling place where they vote. On the INE

Also available at the Electronic Headquarters of the INE is a consultation service for registration data in the electoral census and for the polling station and address of the polling place, prior accreditation of the voter’s identity with a recognized electronic certificate (electronic DNI, among others).
In addition, a general consultation service for polling stations and polling places is offered, without the need for accreditation, through the same Headquarters.
Additionally, the provincial delegations of the Electoral Census Officethey attend to queries about actions within their jurisdiction (registration in the census, polling stations and polling places, census cards, voting by mail) at their offices and by calling 901101900.
