The proposal that the Junta de Andalucia has presented to the Sector Board and the Concertada Board with the recommended instructions for the organization of the next school year in Andalusia is already known. The Andalusian Government advocates reinforcing face-to-face classes, and continuing to guarantee safety in educational centers, both for students and professionals in the system.
In this way, the Ministry of Education and Sports establishes that the protocols and measures applied during the past year continue to be maintained: time flexibility in entrances and exits, school coexistence groups and mandatory mask from the age of six, among others. .

Update of the protocols to the current situation

The Ministry chaired by Javier Imbroda contemplates in this way the update of the Covid-19 protocols , adapted to the current situation of the pandemic and has as a reference the document prepared by the Ministry of Health and Families for the schools and institutes of Andalusia for the 2021-22 academic year.
Like last year, the centers must include contingency plans in their protocols to deal with the possible effects of situations of incidence of the virus under the indications of the health authorities.

Anti-Covid measures for the next school year in Andalusia
At the beginning of the course, and to favor the adaptation of the students, the centers will be able to make the teaching schedule more flexible with a maximum duration of three teaching days . From the fourth school day, the students will attend the educational center in their usual schedule.

Commitment to face-to-face

learning According to the results of the course that ended in June, Education advocates the face-to- face model with closed coexistence groups and with the smallest possible number of students.
Only in cases where the municipality is at alert levels 3 or 4, the center will be able to adopt a flexible organization, with two possible models that are not exclusive: synchronous teaching (face-to-face and online) and blended teaching, with partial assistance from the group in the face-to-face time slots for students in the third and fourth years of ESO, Baccalaureate, Initial Vocational Training and Special Regime Education.

Time flexibility

In order to avoid crowds at the entrances and exits, schools and institutes may adopt time flexibility measures that, depending on the size of the center, may cover up to one hour , enabling themselves to do so, if possible.Multiple entry and exit routes . In this organization, the configuration of the school coexistence groups will be taken into account, where appropriate.

Coexistence groups

The Education document underlines the need to maintain school coexistence groups , key to limiting the number of contacts and also to provide relevant information in case of suspicion or confirmation of a positive case.
In the cases in which the centers teach students at the same level who belong to the same family nucleus, they will be grouped at the same level and school coexistence group and, where appropriate, in the same classroom, and depending on the organizational possibilities. of the centers.
The students will occupythe same physical space in the classrooms and complementary services (desk, seat, workplace, school canteen…) in order to be able to more precisely identify contacts in case of contagion. The classroom used by the coexistence group and the recreational spaces, the use of the toilets or the use of common areas must be clearly delimited.

Greater interpersonal distance

The educational centers of Infant, Primary, and in the first two years of Secondary may establish adjustment measures for the groups of students to increase the interpersonal distance. They may consist of carrying out splits that allow either the creation of more groups of the same level or mixed groups. Likewise, the centers may group the different subjects into areas of knowledge based on the qualifications of the teaching staff available in the teaching centre.

Masks always mandatory

The use of the mask will be mandatory at all times within the school facilities, except for those under 6 years of age. For students between 3 and 6 years old, the use of a mask is recommended outside of their class or coexistence group.

Limited teachers per group

The number of teachers involved in a school coexistence group should be as few as possible, attending to the teachings and concrete stages. For this, models will be sought in which the different attributions or authorizations of the specific teaching staff of each educational center are taken into account, for the development of the different fields, areas, subjects, subjects or modules.
