The Generalitat Valenciana will ask the Superior Court of Justice of the Community for the endorsement to apply the Covid passport in hotel and restaurant establishments with a capacity of more than 50 people , as well as in entertainment venues, casinos and bingo halls with a restaurant service, and visits to hospitals and residences.

If the TSJCV authorizes it, as the Generalitat hopes, understanding that it is “proportional, necessary and urgent”, the idea is that it enters into force at the end of next week , around December 3, and is in force during 30 days , a period during which no restrictions are planned, unless the situation requires a review of the current measures.
