1- Special Christmas Eve Dinner Pack (130 euros): Includes a special Christmas Eve dinner for one person in which there will be a selection of six appetizers, a first course consisting of a braised turbot, sherry juice and winter vegetables, followed by a creamy roasted boneless suckling lamb shoulder Moorish potato, pumpkin and its juice as a second course and, for dessert, brioche French toast, infused with chestnut syrup and yuzu ice cream. 2- Special New Year’s Eve Dinner Pack (220 euros): Includes a special New Year’s Eve dinner for one person in which you will find a selection of five appetizers, a starter of lobster salad with green apple vinaigrette, as a first course octopus confit and grilled on charcoal, Jerusalem artichoke and tamarind, as a second sirloin matured cow, roasted bimi and its juice, a pre-dessert made up of a selection of Andalusian cheeses and a light sponge cake with chantilly and champagne sorbet.
