Hello, I take normolip 5 but my cholesterol, although decreased by 20%, is always above the suggested limit. I would like to know if it is possible to combine the use of normolip 5 with the intake of omega 3 or omega 5 to promote a further decrease in cholesterol. Thanks

Hello Barbara, NORMOLIP 5 is especially useful for cholesterol, while OMEGA 3 extra pure acts mainly on triglycerides. To obtain an effect on both fronts, it is possible to carry out cycles lasting one month alternating the two products, i.e. it is possible to take Normolip 5 for one month, then stop and take OMEGA 3 Extra Pure for the following month, then again NORMOLIP 5 for one month and then OMEGA 3 Extra Pure for the next. Hello, I would like to point out that you should insert in the leaflet a warning for the side effects that the intake of fermented red rice can give. I had stomach ache belching frequent heartburn red spots on my chin and all this cost me a visit to the gastroenterology (I state that I do not suffer from digestive disorders) a private gastroscopy (€ 230) because I was sick and the timing of ssn an ultrasound and a further gastroenterological visit are longer (€ 70 in the Smart rate) ….. I take normolip 5 from 6/7/2018 to replace the statins that involved me with contraindications.
