In the months of July and August 2020 the opening hours of its assets are extended until late in the evening, to dilute the influx of the public ensuring total safety, but above all to offer an unprecedented visiting experience, enriched by a heterogeneous proposal of events specially designed for summer evenings, all with reservations required on the site . The calendar
The rich calendar of the FAI Summer Evenings involves 23 Foundation assets that will remain open for over 130 evenings in 14 regions. From Lombardy to Sicily, from Piedmont to Sardinia, from the Marche to Puglia. Recreational, recreational and sporting events are scheduled, or just a pleasant evening entertainment. But also and above all cultural activities, such as visits or guided walks, meetings and concerts, workshops and themed lessons, with particular attention to the “culture of nature”. From outdoor dinners to picnics at sunset
They range from outdoor dining, to picnics or aperitifs at sunset on lawns and terraces. From walks at dusk for walkers, cyclists to activities to be carried out immersed in nature, such as yoga and mindfulness lessons. From special evening visits, which make the darkness an opportunity to highlight hidden details, to lessons or guided observations of flora and fauna. From conferences and meetings al fresco, with characters and personalities of culture and art, to small and exclusive open-air concerts. Events not to be missed
Visitors, for example, can have the pleasure of attending an exclusive dinner in the garden of Villa Necchi Campiglio in Milan (16, 23 and 30 July). Or to a more bucolic one, immersed in the vineyard ofVilla dei Vescovi in Luvigliano di Torreglia (PD), where they can taste traditional Euganean dishes and winemaking uniqueness (July 16). Or again in the courtyard of the Torba Monastery in Gornate Olona (VA) (8 August). Sip an aperitif in the splendid lakeside setting of Villa del Balbianello in Tremezzina and Villa Fogazzaro Roi in Oria , Valsolda, both in the province of Como. Or taste genuine local products among the citrus fruits of the Kolymbethra Garden, in the heart of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento (various dates in July and August). Enjoy a picnic in the greenery, at sunset, in many FAI properties, including Villa Della Porta Bozzolo in Casalzuigno (VA), the Conti Vecchi Saline in Assemini (CA) and the Castello della Manta (CN).
