The Territorial Public Health and High Impact Alert Committee, taking into account the accumulated incidence from which the confinement of a municipality is decreed and the closure of all activities considered non-essential, requests the TSJA the restrictions for the municipalities of Herrera and Cantillana .
The duration of the measures is seven days and the data is reviewed with the cumulative incidence figures once a week .
Given the decay of the state of alarm, the Junta de Andalucia, through its Legal Office, has requested judicial ratification of the measure adopted, in accordance with the provisions of article 10.8 of Law 29/1998, of July 13 , regulator of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
Municipalities of Seville closed
With these parameters, in the province of Seville, the number of municipalities with perimeter confinement for having presented an incidence rate of Covid-19 greater than 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants amounts to two localities .
With these figures, from the day after the publication in the BOJA, this municipality is confined to the perimeter and all non-essential activitiesmust remain closed for seven days.
In the following map you can find the current Accumulated Incidence of each municipality in the province of Seville. In it you can consult those localities with a rate greater than 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and therefore closed perimeter and without non-essential activity .
The norm in Andalusia and published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucia is that all those localities with a rate greater than 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants remain confined to the perimeter , that is, their inhabitants will not be able to leave or enter them. except for the permitted exceptions.
In the event that the accumulated incidence exceeds that figure, the restriction is also extended to the closure of all businesses considered non-essential , something that directly affects commerce and hospitality, among other sectors.

When are the levels of each municipality reviewed
The accumulated incidence in each municipality is reviewed once a week, and in those populations that a decrease in incidence is observed for a week, the measures against Covid-19 will be lowered.
It is the territorial delegations of the Ministry of Health of each province that meet on Thursdaysof each week to decree the alert level of the municipalities and the measures that this entails in each territory. They base their decision criteria on the cumulative incidence (AI) , the IA in people over 65 years of age, the diagnostic tests performed, the traceability percentages, the ICU bed index and the hospitalization index.
What happens if the incidence changes in a confined municipality
The Board has established that seven days must elapse for the level decreed in each territory to be reviewed again, that is, if the perimeter closure of a municipality is decreed and then its indicators continue rising, the measures will tighten after the next review.
Measures applied in Seville and
durationThe perimeter closure, which is applied in the aforementioned municipalities, has a duration of seven days, meaning that the inhabitants of the towns in question will not be able to leave their municipal area. There are, however, a series of exceptions that allow movements to enter or leave territories with perimeter closure. These are essential trips for work, health, educational or “force majeure” reasons, among others.
The current regulations have been published in the BOJA and have a duration of up to a week after each resolution, or until the committee of experts decides again if they are lowered, maintain the same measures or on the contrary these become even harsher. .
Hours of non-essential commercial activity
The new closure of businesses considered non-essential becomes 0:00 hours except for those municipalities with a level 4 (grade 2) health alert that will not be able to open all day .
At alert level 3 and below, the closure of shops and hotels is allowed until midnight .
