The Government of Andalusia requests the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia that the towns of Marbella and Estepona in Malaga and Montoro in Cordoba have a curfew between 2 and 7 in the morning for a period of seven days.

Duration of the measures

The Junta de Andalucia establishes the measures for a period of seven days , if so ratified by the TSJA.
The next review of the data by the provincial committees within a week, according to the publication of the Official Gazette of the Andalusian Government (BOJA), will be determined by the measures that are ruled for after the state of alarm.
The global restrictions to all the municipalities of Andalucia allowtravel between the Andalusian provinces and establishes the closure of shops and hotel terraces at 01:00 in almost all municipalities except those that reach level 4 in grade 2 .
The territorial delegations of the Ministry of Health of each province are the ones that meet every week to decree the alert level of the municipalities and the measures that this entails in each territory.
They base their criteria to decree, in addition to the aforementioned measures, the perimeter confinement of the municipalities and the closure of non-essential activities on the accumulated incidence (AI), the IA in people over 65 years of age, the diagnostic tests carried out, the traceability percentages, the index of ICU beds and the hospitalization index.
