Michelin Guide 2021 rewards Tuscany with 6 new starred restaurants, for a total of 41 awarded by the “Red” : 1 three Michelin stars, 5 two stars and 35 with one star.

The star award criteria
This is the highest award for restaurants. But how are they evaluated
? The dreaded “inspector” is required to evaluate his own gastronomic experience according to the following criteria:
