What relationship do you have with time
And what do you mean by time
In this article I want to talk to you about this and how mental well-being depends on the time axis .
Time
We are immersed in a time that continues to flow, we pass from sunrise to sunset and this allows us to capture the time of our days. We also pass from one season to another, in a continuous cyclical flow. And every year we can look back and remember what has passed, the recent or distant past, grasp and live the present moment and from now on look forward and plan, dream about the future.
And then immersed in this chronological and cyclical time, there is another time, our time, a subjective time that sometimes goes beyond time itself. Minutes that become hours for us, days that flow very quickly. Time, therefore, tells us a lot about us, about our state of well-being, malaise, balance or inner imbalance.
Questions to recognize or develop your mental well-being
To recognize or develop your mental and energetic well-being, I invite you to initially answer the following questions:
- In general you dwell more on the past, present or future
You like to remember the past, you keep memories, you miss it. - Or do you find yourself more in: live today and are fully in the “carpe diem”, seize the moment
- Or you can never enjoy a situation as you are already thinking about the next situation, about what you can do or can happen in the future, in short, you are always in the planning and vision phase.
Which way do you recognize yourself most
? Write down in a notebook which way you recognize yourself.
The time axis
And now, I invite you to think about the first Monday morning a month ago and to resume the scene of when you woke up and got out of bed: you have it
Ok! This scene where you place it spatially around you
In front of you
To your left
To your right
Behind you
At what distance from you
Mark the position on a piece of paper.
Now I invite you to think about this morning, when you woke up and got up: where do you place this scene spatially around you
In front of you
To your left
To your right
Behind you
At what distance from you
Also mark this position on the paper.
Now I invite you to imagine the first Monday of next month when you wake up and get out of bed. Where do you place this new image spatially ? In front
of
you ?
On
your
left
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Look at your answers: what you can notice Balanced positioning of the time axis
At this point I invite you to imagine observing from above the positionings of the scene of your past, present and future. Start from last month’s scene, hook it from the top with an imaginary transparent thread and if the image is in front, to the right or left, from the top move it to your shoulders a little back. How this shift makes you feel
Now hook this morning’s scene, if it is behind you, left or right, to the thread and bring it forward close to your body. Also for this shift, listen to how it makes you feel.
And finally connect to the imaginary thread the image of the next month, if it is behind you, to the right or to the left and try to move it in front of you, on the horizon, enlarge it, full screen as if you had a projection of a movie. What Happens in You
Of course, any shifting should improve your state, if not, reposition the image as it was initially.
How do you feel with images positioned in this
way? You should feel balanced. The time line thus has the future in front of you, to allow you to have a broad vision, the present in contact with you, to allow you to be free to be in every moment and the past behind you, so as to be remembered, but in the at the same time detached from our today and tomorrow.
Sometimes, in fact, this past, especially when it is positioned in front of us, blocks any of our new actions. A phrase that I often hear in these cases is: I can’t see anything in front of me, it’s all dark. And this happens precisely because we have the past in front of us that prevents us from seeing. Or, another block caused by the past in front of us, we feel we cannot break away from old patterns and we always repeat the same situations.
Supplements for your mental well-being
Having the timeline out of balance or in equilibrium can also have a profound effect on our distraction or concentration. A further ally for one’s mental well -being is the intake of the natural supplements Ginkgo Max and Melatonin Pura. This feeling of centering given by the re-alignment of our time line and the use of these supplements will improve our level of energy, attention, presence, as well as favoring our mental well-being .
