Therefore, “no arbitrariness involved the granting” of aid.
From the statements of those investigated “it follows that the procedure was not breached in the different phases, both in the phase of study, negotiation, formalization and monitoring of the operations, as well as in the granting of the loan”, according to the ruling, while , in relation to the performance of Juana Martin, “it is known that it was from Invercaria, through its representatives, those who approached her to carry out a brand diffusion and promotion project , which made her, logically, become interested in the project, given that it was having great success at a national level”.
The magistrates analyze in the sentence the tests practiced in the oral hearing and say that, from the testimonials developed, the viability of the project is also inferred, since the witnesses declared that “it was a successful brand in the flamenco clothing market, that had paraded in Pasarela Cibeles and had several awards”.
Juana Martin: “I’m not a nini, nobody has given me anything”
