Anthony Loffredo is a 33-year-old Frenchman with around 743,000 followers on Instagram who has turned his life into an extravagant, creepy, and even disgusting transformation project. He calls himself Black Alien, the Black Alien, and his body change is based on tattoos with black ink, implants under the skin, and modifications through various operations throughout his body.
